@bySinqL It comes with Ultimate Collection and you just choose it during the software download. If you don't have ultimate collection you can purchase it from the Avid website and download it after you purchase it.

Each person has their own preference. Sony is great as well and you can do a lot with it. I suggest you do your own research to decide which one is best for you.
I am extremely disappointed with Pinnacle Studio 14. I purchased it with the intention to convert my old VHS tapes into DVD format, however, this program cannot synchronize voice and image. Again, if your video output is not NTSC, it won't recognize any colours. I feel like I have wasted my money and time. Here is some advice: DON'T BUY IT! There is better stuff in the market.
Hey guys, i need some help, what Graphics card would be best for this program.. as i tried to edit a home video i made in 1920/1080p and play back was very jumpy.. not only that my screen would go all white, then a message would pop up saying Nividia graphics failed to process this information. If anyone could advise, please do,, thanx
