@triken49they were not crossing the river .Its a picnic spot (Patal Pani=waterfall) near indore (india).A board is placed warning people not to go near waterfall or venture inside waterfall during monsoon season ,but many people ignore it .Till now 100 people have been killed because of foolishness .

It was the blue shirt man's fault. He tried to go while the other person was on the ground. They shouldve waited for help to come. Anyways, RIP.
