the head is big caue besides here in the states everyone likes a real head on the beer so it keeps the beer from oxidation

Double D:American beer is the weakest on earth 3.5% vol(I think because old prohibition laws)...Budweiser is just an upgrade from Coca Cola...and nobody want's a quarter of their Pint to be foam.

I lived in Japan for over 40 years and was fortunate enough not to find one of those until going to an onsen in Ureshino. I complained about the foam.
