Sono sempre grandissimi. Secondo me però dovrebbero smettere di fossilizzarsi nel metal e basta e fare musica un po' più eterogenea come facevano 30 anni fà.
I watch this DVD everyday cause my friend is a huge Priest fan, I love Priest myself, but I watch this & Glenn annoys me cause he thinks he's so important, he may be the oldest in the band but K.K. Down got the band together. I like Glenn but he's very arrogant like the 82 Vengeance DVD he's so arrogant & I want to kick him off the stage lol.
one day i walked into fye lookin r apriest cd to buy i look and there was this package that came with not just "British steel" but with" screaming for vengance" wait for it for only $15.00 so iwalked away with two priest cds i was so happy and i got a british steel shirt too and a metallica one best day of thy life so far
as much as British Steel had great songs, titles and some riffs, it is a simplistic Priest album, and relies mainly on vocals , bass/drums and solid -pocket beats to sell itself. It really is not such a great album of music, just a strong, very cohesive record that sounds great everytime you play it. It's very digestable.
as of today kk downing quits judas priest that is just sad news ,nothing will be the same again..i dont understand why if they were just about to say goodbye with the epitaph tour wtf?
Is Glenn married? I seem to notice a ring on his left hand little finger... He doesn't wear it at concerts "unleashed in the east" or "bBritish stee 30 anniversary" . And i don't think it's the same one he was wearing in the 80s...
@norwaypwnsall Being a huge JP fan, I'd normally wouldnt say anything against the all time best band, but Ian Hill is at best good, Epic is a bit of a stretch.
I shit myself on the second date with my girlfriend. I had to wipe my ass with my underpants and have her drive while I sat on a plastic sheet in the back of my Explorer. It stunk like there was a dead body up my ass. 4 years later we're still going strong. I just laid it out and admitted that sometimes sharts happen. Sometimes they are more epic than others. I think it was my "Like a BOSS" attitude that kept her from passing judgement on me.
guys, is´t just me that think bands like JP by ages, should considering quit the arena before it´s going to much Spinal tab into it ;-) I respect JP for the music they did in the 80´. But today and still in the same outfit. I have to laugh... sorry ;-D
i'm a pretty big priest fan and i have a great respect for them, but british steel is one of their worst albums.. just because it's classic and has sold the most doesn't mean it's best.
Judas priest is my favorite band and actually i have to say i agree. obviously no disrespect, i listen to priest every day, bur british steel is honestly one of my least favorite of their albums. I know the reason it's celebrated is because some people feel it was the first metal album and is important for its impact on metal music but it's just not my personal preference. instead of celebrating the 30th anniversary of british steel, we should be celebrating the 20th anniversary of PAINKILLER!
@Erck712 Man do I disagree. Well kind of. I consider British Steele a masterpiece but not for some esoteric reason, I love it cause it rocks. It rocked in 80s and it rocks now. It's also kind of weirdly all over the place but as I think of it I like to think it's got an eighties feel.
It might be all perspective because I cannot get into Painkiller and I love every album before it.
I wonder if his amps go to 11

El sonido de las guitarras es todo un clásico. Música genial de la buena. Lástima que hacen este año su última gira.

The best partnership in the metal industry for over 35 years = KK & Glenn
KK is a musician. He'll never cease to be a musician.
I hope his passion for music draws him back to where he belongs, Judas Priest.
Just like Rob realized his home, vowed to continue being a musician till the end.
As long as the rest of the priest continues, there is hope.
KK, until your passion for music comes back, play golf as much as you want.
