You should be able to do this even if you have only been playing guitar for about a year. But beginners may have a little trouble with the arpeggios. I have been playing for about 3 1/2 years and i still cant do it.

yeah, the 81 and 85's are perfect for you. I see why you don't use your trem, because it sucks, it's not a locking trem. If you ever do decide to get a tremolo, try to find an edge pro or edge pro 2, maybe even a zr trem, any of those are good.

A third is a musical interval that can be either major or minor; a minor third constitutes a distance of 3 half steps between two notes, a major third 4 half steps. Try the open string on your guitar, then the 3rd fret. That's a minor third! Add a fifth, which is 7 half steps, and you've got yourself a chord.
