Greetings from New Zealand - home of the Earthmaker! I have only just come across your excellent video series. As you point out yourselves later in the series, the Earthmaker is designed to be fed continuously with organic waste from the kitchen and garden. As with all composting it works better when a good volume of material has accumulated.
