  • wtf

  • Oh God...

  • Isn't BMW German...?

  • @b67717 Yes.

  • on one of my dreamcars i wishd id had 850i red. 850i black and 850i silver

  • great lookin car.. i wishd id had some day 850i red and 850i silver

  • Bee Em Dubryu

  • 8-series is the best.

  • 750 people drive a BMW 850i

  • LHD? I'm guessing this ad was just dubbed in Japanese.

  • Timeless classics

  • I would be scared if I saw those two monsters on my rearview mirror!!!

Scared but pleased, ha, ha, ha...xD

  • Yesterday saw that BMW 8-series on my way to work in the morning. Couldn't really tell if it was the V12 one though, it was heading in the opposite direction.

  • bmw used to look so good. not that the current ones are bad.

  • I always loved the 8 series. A shame they discontinued it.

The modern 6 series doesn't compare, in my opinion. But I know the car seemed to get a bad reputation for being overweight.

  • bmw 8 series is astounding

  • i have 850i in great cond

  • bring the Z8 and 8series back!!!!

  • these cars are still great and will allways be, even now i would buy one second hand!

  • o yeah!!!!!

  • best cars. ever

  • 850 FOREVER!

  • yeah 850's are way cooler today than a 750...

found a 6sp 850i for sale near me, too pricey for me, but i think his price is actually reasonable

  • the man narating this has a very nice speaking voice and 850i ftw

  • GOOD!!

  • 850I wow thats a car

  • a beefed-up proletarian car....

  • @manoman0

Haha, you're just jealous you couldn't afford a 120,000 car back in the days and you can't afford one now, you poor piece of shit. Them Germans are doing so much better than you guys.

  • @1poiuztrewq2 Well, you seem to fit perfectly into a BMW. Have a good life.

  • the 1989-1999 BMW 8 Series was assembled in

    Munich, Germany

and the 1986-1994 BMW 7 Series was assembled in

    Dingolfing, Germany

  • ill do anything for a bmw

  • If somebody were to offer me cars between the 3- 5- 7- and 8- series, my picks would be:

    1. 5-series (E34)

    2. 8-series (E31)

    3. 3-series (E36 - 1990-2000)

    4. 3-series (E30 - 1982-1994)

    4. 7-series (E32)

No matter how big engines the 7-series has, I don't want a "luxury" car that's a gashog, weights 2 tons and despite all the power won't accelerate properly.

E31 looks sweet. E30 is a classic. E36 is sporty. But the E34 just has it all in one for me. And that's why I'm proud of owning a M5 E34.

  • @FrozenBlaze Uh, my e32 gets 17mpg

  • @FrozenBlaze What about e38? I think it's classic too.

  • That was a tv advert :S

  • if the taxes in my country wherent so fucking stupid id love to own a old 7th series bmw

  • @boxajr lemme guess, you're a Malaysian? 1MALAYSIA, YO!

  • Side by side, looks similar to Acura Legend & the NSX in 1991.

  • @ beno7398, actually the 850 has some magic into it : it has a variable length function, when it detects beno7398 is viewing this ad, it inflates or deflates in order to appear bigger or smaller than the 750. Yes, those Würste eaters are real ingenious !

  • Long time ago, when BMW used to build great cars... Great ad, very dynamic, quite modern at the time, I just love it.

  • te 750 also sounds like my dog throwing up!

  • @cocoatruffle12 Awesome! I wish I could sound like a German-made V8 when I do that.

  • @cocoatruffle12 please send it me! i live in Spain, my direction is.... xD i want your dog, men.

  • the comment was A joke the 75 is actually a piece of junk thats as ugly as **** and fuel economy sucks horses balls.

  • @cocoatruffle12 No shit? It weighs up to 2 tons and was designed for performance and luxury. Want economy? Buy a Prius.

  • 8-series is cool.

  • i want to stick my wet pussy in both their tailpipes and hump them

i want those cars in my pants!!

  • @cocoatruffle12 i find it funny how you say in your profile you dont' deserve to be called name but yet make a whore comment like that. Come on the punishment fits the crime here.

  • 850 may not be the most popular BMW, but many people feel it is the most beautiful car ever designed.

  • @gmwsea they shouldn't have put 750 beside the 850, makes the 750 look ugly ;)

  • lol i just saved one of these from getting a ticket the other day by putting up a warning sign for drivers to know there were cops ahead

  • Looks like the 850 is longer then the 750iL. Then few seconds later looks the opposite.

    Which is correct?

  • @beno7398 The 8 series has a length of 4780 mm, the 7 series type E32 has a length of 4910 mm and 5024 mm as the long wheelbase model

  • @beno7398 are you joking?...when something is closer to you it looks bigger...

    750iL is 24cm longer than 8...and without L is 13cm longer

  • Der 8er ist einfach extrem elegant. Geniales Design.

  • How was the 8 Series a failure? They are fantastic.

  • @beno7398 Too expensive at the time due to the recession and energy prices had gone up due to Gulf War.

  • jesus christ my dad has both of those!!!!!!!!!!!except it's bmw 850Ci

  • hehe i only understand the word psycho. maby he says these ars are completly psycho hehe nice cars!

  • that 750 looks kinda angry from the front.... gotta love BMW

  • yea

  • I think the 850i still looks phenomenal... I seen a few on the road in the past couple years. A 2 door V12 for less than $5,000 now lol.

  • That's right Japs!! Learn how to build a real car!!!!

  • bmwno

  • What I don't understand why the 750 is shorter at 0:18 sec than the 850. In the rest of the the 750 is longer.

  • Likely just camera aspect. The 850 is 188 inches long, and the 750 is 201 inches long.

  • @hhy2k

when something is closer to you than it looks like it's bigger :)

  • The 8 series has aged very well even after 20 years.

  • @username121709 Still gorgeous... stay that way forever?

  • It is incredible even back then the 8 series looks so radical compared to the 7 series. The 7 looks more conventional but that doesnt make it a bad car. The 8 has been designed by precision with the aid of computer technology & the desire to build the best. I had the pleasure owning one a V12 for 2 years and had a few things wrong wit it but even though it is expensive, i finally owned and driven my dream car as i saw the very one i bought outside my school gates 14 years ago. In Barbados green

  • b m blabl u lol

  • i had the 750il, really nice to drive, but the biggest money pit you'll ever own

  • Whay? What kind off problem you hade? I own a MB W126 SE420 and it has 840.000km and runs nice only the rust it,s atacking it but what abaut BMW 750? What was wrong?

  • @inurik if u wanted to save money you should have bought a moped.total comfort coupled with sheer power makes this worth paying for

  • @becyeah17: I'm speaking from experience. I would've took the bus if I wanted to save money. The biggest problem with the car was the engine and electronics. You barely get the power of a V8 with all the hassles of a V12. Try changing a spark plug on V12 M70 BMW engine, then talk back. Barely 10MPG? Check. Weak automatic gearbox? Check. Expensive, hard to find parts? Check. Oil leaks? Check. There are tons of web-sites dedicated just for 750il problems. So yeah, 740il would do just fine for me.

  • @inurik

Are you serious?! I didn't know any of that! And to think I almost bought one in Germany some years back...the car was going for $2,400. The soldier who had it just 'couldn't afford it' anymore and wanted to get rid of it asap.

  • @inurik I owned 4 so far. Fantastic cars, nothing like them!

BMW: Brutal Money Waster and that how it should be for the price of driving pleasure and the pursuit of passion.

  • i totally love

    BOTH

  • Japanese

  • Like there's difference -_-

  • the 850 cost a bomb back then.. now it costs peanuts.. massive bargain.

  • check out the 850s bonnet panal gaps lol

  • Those gaps are not gaps. what you see is a rubber seal to keep weather out and the bonnet rock solid.

  • i have the 750iL black also.

  • ah yes, the pre bangled bmws are the best

  • Japs and Germans, the best engine and car builders in the world.

  • I have a bmw 850i Great car ;)

  • haha i like the guy at the end as he says, "BE M DOUBLE YOU"

  • bmw never get older, they get faster!

  • simply brillant. BMW has got this down.

  • ha... nice ad

    ~BMW art car

  • yeahh this is the true

  • I saw an 840 recently, chick had it dusty, was keyed, I dont think she knew what she had. Shame I thought.

  • Ohh love those cars, and the E32 was truly beautifull back then. Makes me want to give mine a new coat of paint hehe

  • they look as good now as they did back then, that e31 carrys its shape so much better now though

    [ Translation: fuck you ]

  • lol nice

  • omg the 850 got the great white shark appeal its amazing

  • Oh god i'll do anything for a 850i like this!

  • 1989. good time

  • very nice, top of the line v12 models back in 1990

  • A great way to cut the advertising costs by advertising 2 models at once - it does make sense though, as they are powered by the same engine...
