I admired this video list until the end......It does not distinguish the difference between inland and coastal taipans, blending the description as a combination of both. In reality, the inland taipan does have the deadly statistics even though its toxicity level is higher; it's the coastal taipan that has killed hundreds within minutes.

To place the almost harmless Belcher Sea Snake (0 fatalities recorded) the highest over coastal taipans, mambas, and russell's viper is clearly inaccurate

It seems the author attempted to rank snakes based on toxicity of the venom. That hardly means a Sea Snake living in a remote area off Australia is the deadliest. By far, the Russells Viper is the deadliest as it kills more humans per year than any other species.

How can the Common Brown Snake be left out of the conversation, regardless of criteria? Its venom is a cocktail unlike any other species and probably the most feared in Australia.

Haha. the first Picture that was used for the Black Mamba was a picture of an Eastern Brown Snake (Pseudonaja textilis). The third Black Mamba picture (while I'm not sure of the species) didn't look like a Black Mamba to me either. all others were definately Black Mambas.
