@WarThug13 @uninterestingentity i have to agree with uninterestingentity Fallout New Vegas was better and a lot of people thinks so when it was the Enclave vs. Brotherhood, they were wayyyy to similar bu the NCR and Legion are very different and the Mojave Wasteland seemed much more like the wasteland than the Capital Wasteland

F:NV was the Fallout 3 that should've been. It had a strong setting, story and good writing and was only let down by an engine Obsidian was obliged to use.

Also each of the four DLC was good in their own way, whether it be Dead Money, Honest Hearts and Lonesome Road for the lore, strong characters and writing or Old World Blues for the comedy elements and enjoyable quirky characters.

The DLCs were so run of the mill and boring, The first three: You are in a situation that was never explained a la OWB, now get yourself out. And then LR, which had a frustratingly disappointing story, with Ulysses who is RETARDED AND INCOMPREHENSIBLE

Ugh, calling the story weak because you simplified it to three words doesn't count as an argument. There's far more to it than the 'NCR vs Caesar's Legion" angle.

DLC's each had a unique theme, explored more of the world and weren't about getting yourself out of the situation. LR might be beyond your comprehension but nobody can fault it on that.

@NutNapalm It's kinda of an assumption, to be honest, why wouldn't those areas be nuked? Florida has massive technological facilities around there, and Texas also holds plenty of space-program-related tech that's worth being destroyed.

@Mance200 It's probably like the capital wasteland, which was probably bombarded just as heavily, and looks as if it's only recently been resettled - except no do-gooder east coast brotherhood around to save the day. Maybe a bit more like point lookout, but with mutant versions of all the invasive species in flordia rather than the 'standard' fallout monsters. Mutant snakes and lizards of all sorts, something similar to the vault 22 virus in the everglades maybe.

@demolishionhammer There are people you can pay to repair stuff, Major Knight at Mojave Outpost has 100 repair skill so does Raul and BoS Paladin at at BoS safehouse.

Also if you get the jury rigging perk which lets you repair more things together, just requires at least 80 repair skill for the perk to be available.

You can fix it with a similar or the same item by finding the item you want to repair, press Triangle or Y and, and select the item you want to repair it with. And some characters can repair things for you for money like Raul and Old Lady Gibson. Also, weapons can be repaired by using a weapon repair kit which can be crafted at workbenches. Because they require common items like wonderglue and duct tape, they're good for repairing rare weapons.

@WWESuperstarMC technically if your heart stops you die, but if your not brain dead yet, you can be fixed if you get to a doctor fast, it has to be a skilled doctor, but you can survive. The character technically did die in this case, but he got medical attention, and survived.

I think the graphics let fallout 3 down, and it looks like this one will too, It was set to be the greatest game of all time, and ended up being oblivion with guns. It's a good franchise but i think it could potentially be WAY WAY WAY better.

@Tenkaichi12 The Eyebot in the trailer has been confirmed as a possible companion. There won't be any Enclave, although you can get the original Advanced Power Armour from FO2, and a Tesla variant of it.
