Anyone could easily say GoW ripoff. But I think it's more of an Army of 2 ripoff. Same cover system, same blind-fire mechanics, same feel. the only 3 things missing are the ridiculous weapon customization options, a plot that involves private military groups working for evil purposes, and heavily Co-op influenced gameplay.
