The Captain is at fault for the crash, obviously, and he should've stayed on board as long as possible, especially since it did not sink. It was not an accident. He was too close to shore and therefore too close to the boulders in the water. This could've been prevented.

This is really sad. You would think that a multi million dollar vessel would have some sort of warning of shallow water. Most GPS untis that u buy at a normal marine supply store tell u depth of the waters and there are depth sounders for normal boats that tell u the depth 100 meters ahead of you. Im just saying this is really sad for alot of people and it could have been avoided. Peace
