It's so right what he says about glycerin soaps. I always used really harsh things on my face from being a kid and struggled for years. Natural soap is amazing and totally sorted my skin out. its true its all about what & how u eat. believe me i tried it. eat fruits & veg before (meats chicken egg.) and dont eat or drink any food that contain preservatives, flavoring or pigments eg. caramel, vanilla ,ice-creams, chocolates, Maggi products they are the worst including soya souce and too much sweets. eat and drink fresh milk and yoghurt. and plenty of water. try this for 2 weeks and u see no pimples are coming. but u gotta continue on it.
