First aid includes providing your budgie with a heat source, eg 40 watt globe at end of one perch, and giving strong black tea cooled and then with 1 teaspoon of organic manuka honey per cup.

It is so nice to know that like you as a Dr. could help? My budgie is passing watery
motion and looking like - well - not well at all. Is there anything i can do? to help him?
Please if possible can you tell me what i can do? His name is Sunny and pure yellow
he usually talks, but now i do not know where to turn. Please if you can give some
