This emotional tune is so beautiful you can never stop at hearing it just once, it reminds me of the movie and Christopher Reeves who has since passed on he is sadly missed RIP Superman.
I don't know why anyone would dislike this music, perhaps it's not their style. The movie was great too. No swearing, no sex, no violence. Oh there was a bedroom scene, but they left it up to your imagination, which is very rare nowadays. And knowing the story behind it and hearing the music wants me want to cry, such a beautiful melody.

We were staying at the Grand Hotel and we had a dance in the ballroom after a fancy dinner. I was standing alone and he came up and asked me to dance with him. He has had my heart ever since.

I can understand why this movie is a cult classic. Although it didn't fare well in the beginning, I believe it was before its time. Then since everything is about timing, it made its entrance, it flourished and continues to be the most romantic movie made. The theme, actors, the music and the location on Mackinac Island all came together fluidly. I watch it often and listen to the music daily. It raises one's vibrational level.

I have had the honor Mackinac Island and to me it is the most beautiful place on earth! I have traveled to many places, from Alaska to Hawaii to Brazil, and my heart will always remain on Mackinac. I think the winter on Mackinac is gorgeous as there are a less amount of tourists and the island is at rest in all its beauty. It is a must see! If you go- please don't only linger downtown, but seek out the natural beauty up in the islands interior. Enjoy the natural beauty the island has to offer!
The piano is about the best I have ever heard. Everything flows just like true love and
tenderness. It gives me goosebumps everytime I hear it. I've never been to Macinak island in northern Michigan where the movie was made but I hear it is absolutely beautiful during the spring and summer.

@alvaldiviaportugal this just choked me up. I recently lost my grandmother and seeing my grandfather in tears is killing me. Its hard enough to lose a loved one yourself. I am sure that Judy is waiting for you.

I know this isnt a manly thing to say but this song also brings tears to my eyes when I hear it. This song to me represents undying love that lasts a lifetime, (like in the movie) that we all search for in hopes of finding. Such a Beautiful masterpiece.....
