  • Why wouldnt they just race SRX's instead of these vipers?

  • @MirracoBLACKpearl1

The old Yammie SnoX sleds were a combination of the "SRX type" triple piped motors, and a "Viper type" chassis and suspension. They only ran in the open class because of the 700cc displacement. Thats what the Yamaha teams around here ran 10 yrs ago.

  • i love the way he comes outta the corner at 1:45

  • sorry to burst these sled dont have munch in common wit the customer vipers the hood was prety munch the only thing they had in common and even that was different the race sled was an 800 twin that never seen production and it had the mono shock rear skid that later went on the rx1 and apex. sad thing is if the sled in this vid had gone into production the viper would have been a way bigger hit

  • they did come in tripples and they did have prototype monoshock skids and 17`` oholins shocks. search viper race sled in google and you`ll find a photobucket link

  • wish my viper came with that suspension im swithching to m-10 or sc103

  • I WANT ONE!!!!!!! that would be my ultimate ditch banger!

  • there a trail sled, not worth ditch banging, there ment to ride trails and ride them fast

  • yeah, i know, i have an SXR700, and mine takes ditch banging just fine.... i was talking about THIS particular race sled, not vipers in general....

  • Are you dumb?!?!?!?!?! If they were meant for only trail, why does Yamaha have their own factory snow cross viper team?

  • with upgrades not stock out of a crate
