The day of silence is a hilarious waste. I believe you need to do the complete opposite to get such a point across ignorance. For people that are unknowing of the meaning of this day (usually the same ones doing the gay bashing) being silent is going to do nothing to enlighten them. How about showing some forte and NOT give into the gay/feminine stereotype, get up and fight back with truth.
