@stevenjustinful Play ice hockey four times a week lol (it was shot in Canada duh lol). Stop drinking soda, only eat poultry and fish if eating meat, drink more water, and excercise four times a week for an hour or two at a shot. Hardest to get is the flat stomach. That only comes with massive amounts of situps, which I still have yet to conquer.
