How do you do the Thumbs Up?

To make the Pyro do a thumbs up, just use the "Positive" voice menu command (C then 5). If you're not currently firing any weapon, others will see the Pyro giving a thumbs up. But first-person has other animations, so you don't see it yourself.

I've also seen gestures from various characters from "Go! Go! Go!", "Cheers" and obviously "MEDIC!".

The flame arrows at thend should have been co-ordinated to hit in the shape of a heart between the medic and the pyro. It could have been done easily with bots and with a bit of work with humans.
