Palacio del Rio Hilton in San Antonio - Room 913 Balcony

Just returned from four days at this hotel. Didn't find it as clean as I would expect the room to be, hair in shower upon entering room the first day. Parking was bad, had to pay which is insane, phone/internet didn't work. Carpet in need of replacement. View was nice though, not on riverwalk side but near the old Church. I wouldn't stay there again I'm going to contact them to say not happy.

Could have been much better, I would give this a rating of maybe a 2 out of 5.

Thanks for the video. I found it useful in determining whether or not I wanted to bother getting a river view at this hotel.

cool. well, hopefully your experience will be (or was) better than mine there. the customer service was aweful and the carpet in the room was in serious need of being replaced.
