SiR's are sick and they come with my favorite honda engine... anyways both cars can go quick and i'm pretty sure it would be cheaper and easier to boost b16a2 over a vq30de... mostly because its hard to find ready made kits for the 4th gen. best to keep 4th gens all motor with 00vi swap if you're not into doing a lot of custom work.
i'm pretty sure this civic was a super base model, non vtec lol @18.2 secs
