If you are playing at the club or school level, these are not hits to be emulated. First was a cross check to the neck. Second was a high check to the head. As a coach, I love strong hits in lacrosse. Do this is a game and you'll be in the box on the neck check and likely thrown out of the game an the second hit. Depends upon the age group.

Love the hits, love the action but these two hits are cheating and dangerous.

@ridesnwboards I play both Hockey and Lacrosse varsity level, it takes much more skill to be a stand out player in Hockey, the only kids that are amazing at hockey have played since they were like 5 years old. Lacrosse is easier to learn, this year is my 3rd year playing lacrosse, now a HS Senior and I'm a pretty good middie.

Hockey is SO much more "physical" than lacrosse also, you need to be in such better shape to play it. Ever wonder why PROFESSIONAL hockey players have 30 second shifts?
