Hate to say it but the mods and restoration content are only available for the PC version of the game. That's why there's no way to add the content to the X-Box version.

But, I think we all hated Mical. He was always this socially awkward pretty prep school boy that kept sucking up to the Exile. "I don't want to fight you Atton." No wonder Atton hates him. Mical has no balls, of any kind, and the Exile is in love with him. That must sting.

they are set on content standards. for example every game is like that they were probably hoping they could add extra content like they do for every freaking game now and days and they have a time due date when the game has to launch so people get paid
@Zolorocks4192 it is, if you download the restored content thing... TSLRCM1.7 :) almost everything is restored in the newest version (I have 1.7, maybe there is a new one out, I hope so.) But if not, there is also one called 1.7 fix you need to download that too. You will enjoy this game soooo much more with it, trust me. Malacor, Nar Shaddaa = heavenly. I suggest playing light side first and skip this part, because you are going to need Jedi Atton to get the full experience of the project.

@DarthRiccardo there was no fight. Disiple wasnt gonna fight atton so atton just killed him with a swish of the lightsaber. There is no fight but i prefer if they would fight a bit and they would show it...atton would come out victor anyway...

One jedi chick actually *sought him out* and opened up his mind to what he was doing and all the emotions he made the jedi feel through their torture. In a fit of love, fright, and rage he killed her, and then deserted his post, running away to some scum ridden planet to hide.
If you have high enough influence with Atton on Nar Shadaa these two guys should talk to you and then Atton confesses his past to you.
I try to keep neutral until the end, and I take advantage of having any abilities (light or dark) in combat and conversation, I finished my light side campaign and am almost done with darkside.
o Atton turns evil again, never suspected that. I've done the dark side one n now almost finished the lightside one. Pretty much up to trying to defeat Atris which isn't too easy because I used the lightening in the darkside one, but with the lightside u dont get that, so yeah its harder then i thought in the lightside.

just for reference, i'd like to put it out there that id pay for the game again if theyd go away and do it again, properly, so the rest of it is as good as it begins - peragus and some of the first stuff you do is just epic :D

Time constraints is the dumbest reason to cut content, if they're running out of time, then they should use more. I mean, it's not like there is any reason for them to hurry, and as long as the end product is good, few will complain.

That's a problem with industry in general, not just the video game industry. They don't seem to realize that, as long as they have a good product, and it gets enough press, missing big sales times like Christmas will be largely irrelevant.

As bad ass as Revan is/ was...I can honestly say Nihilius probably woulda destroyed him, hell the only reason the Exile wins is cuz Nihilius screws up.
Well, I agree with that Revan would lose to Nihilius but that's becouse he feeds on the force.. Revan is just a nice treat for him, nothing more - he'd drain him dry. The Exile won not becouse Nihilus screwed up but becouse Exile is a void in the force.. so draining him had the opposite effect.. instead of getting stronger it weakened Nihilus significantly.

Not really a carbon copy but Kreia says he will become a "cold senator" and I said _looks_ like Anakin from Episode III nothing more.
Actually Maul could also be DS Bao-Dur. Seeing as thats how you turn him to the dark side (making him see that his anger is his strength and the only constant thing in his life).
I don't see Kreia as Sidious(take into account I never understood Sidious' true motives) as she simply wants to bring you to terms with what you did at Malachor

Time constraints is the dumbest reason to cut content, if they're running out of time, then they should use more. I mean, it's not like there is any reason for them to hurry, and as long as the end product is good, few will complain.

Don't ask me, I'm not the marketing exec for the publisher. They wanted it done by Christmas 2004. Apart from the bug-fix patch and media patches, no post-release stuff was allowed.

That's a problem with industry in general, not just the video game industry. They don't seem to realize that, as long as they have a good product, and it gets enough press, missing big sales times like Christmas will be largely irrelevant.

Extremely true. The cut content would have made the game SO much better, it'd have a more full story and it'd be so deep, just like Star Wars is always meant to be.

Um, Obsidian DID make the game. They rushed it so it'd be out by christmas.
Howewver the restoration project should help when it's done.

god they ruined the game, this could have been such an epic part of the game, attons lightside death would also have been epic
I mean in the first kotor, when I learned I was revan I was like WOW
and then when bastila betrayed me it was epic I felt so.... betrayed lol XD
my point is you really got into the story of the game, in kotor 2 they cut out all the good content that would have given you that emotion in the story

I hope your not reffering to "they" as Obsidian. Because Lucasarts is the reason this game was literally cut in half. They were going to have a much more darker ending where pretty much everyone is going to be tortured and killed and all that, But Lucasarts stated "That isnt Star Wars"

Exactly...he screwed up in the sence that Nihilius didnt sence that despite the fact that he had unlimited power. If was truly oh so powerful...he shoulda known what would have happend...instead of being so cocky and thinking himself immortal.

As bad ass as Revan is/ was...I can honestly say Nihilius probably woulda destroyed him, hell the only reason the Exile wins is cuz Nihilius screws up.

Well, I agree with that Revan would lose to Nihilius but that's becouse he feeds on the force.. Revan is just a nice treat for him, nothing more - he'd drain him dry. The Exile won not becouse Nihilus screwed up but becouse Exile is a void in the force.. so draining him had the opposite effect.. instead of getting stronger it weakened Nihilus significantly.

I HAVE PROOF:THE DEFEAT OF DARTH MALAK HE GAINED POWER VERY FAST + Malak was energising from the star forge,if he was still a sith,he could'ove destroyed the jedi council,and if Revan lived all those years,think about how powerfull he becomes in 4000+ years,he can defeat and also the 2 emperors:Darth Plageurs and Darth Palpatine/Sidious,even the jedi council,even Luke Skywalker,they all died if he survived that long

Yet the jedi do not belive in love, or sex, or marrige, becuase people cannot control there emotions.
Neither side apeals to me, so if im around, it shall be my morality code i live by, not the jedi code, or the sith.

Obsidian actually put a few parallels to film characters (or tried as some were cut content)
Theres this with Atton (I can see some minor parallels with Anakin)
Mical's darkside future resembles Palpatine
Sion I always thought looked a bit like Anakin after he got defeated on Mustafar (even though TSL came before so maybe its just me)
There maybe a few others I can't remember right now
...and of course Vaklu looks like Lucas

Not really a carbon copy but Kreia says he will become a "cold senator" and I said _looks_ like Anakin from Episode III nothing more.
Actually Maul could also be DS Bao-Dur. Seeing as thats how you turn him to the dark side (making him see that his anger is his strength and the only constant thing in his life).
I don't see Kreia as Sidious(take into account I never understood Sidious' true motives) as she simply wants to bring you to terms with what you did at Malachor
