Boss did make a few mistakes. But then again, so did Kuroda.

Ino's Makoto is deceptive. He doesn't look as flashy as KO, Boss or J's Makoto, but look at how he had Rikimaru at his mercy, in possibly Makoto's worst matchup.

A Makoto can't be as aggressive against a fellow Makoto because the opponent has the same mixup tools, high priority, huge stun and deadly pokes. You have to mix up the timing to throw them off, not dash forward recklessly.
