as long as the diameter of the speaker matches the tube , is producing sufficiant amplitude to move the gas and you have sufficiant gas pressure to fill such a big tube than yes it should work

I would use the frequency changer to create some acid sounds and blow my head into other spheres, hehe. Would be nice to test it with some mind changing drugs. I guess these people would think they talk to the devil
