This was the only version I had at the time, it's the one I'm used to, and actually I quite like it :) Plus, a female voice representing Mal just wouldn't be right somehow, lol! This version almost sounds like a father talking to his daughter, which (to me) represented Mal and Kaylee quite well.

okay. got it got it got. i hear the song different than you is all. i see it as more of a kaylee talking to everyone else cause they seem to be a bummed out kind of group. seems like a love life song, which kaylee obviously does. but i do see how it could be mal trying to teach her something....interesting. thank you. i learned something new!! Cool video... I watched this show a couple months back on hulu and recently watched a few episodes again... Anyway I liked the Mal/Kaylee relatiionship he was nice to her (most of the time anyway) and he protected her... (imo anyway)
