Oh Cybuster, it's made out to be awesome in the story and everything about it is, but in game it kind of sucks. Why does the uberfast wind robot suck at dodging?

It's still Cybuster and it's required to use it all all times because it rules, but still.

@Darkforce222 depends on how you level up cybuster..check the evade stats on masaki during the intermission..if its red then make sure to level up the limit bar at the bottom..it should help increase evade..and also the speed

@Darkforce222 yeah dude everything sucks at dodging if you don't upgrade your limit bar (one of the stupidest ideas banpresto's ever had). dodge only goes as high as the limit upgrade. it took me a while to figure this out and made my first @G playthrough harder than it should have been, so don't feel bad.

its kinda hard for me cuz I love both robots. but for real, I think Cybuster would win since its a robot made by alchemy and its not made by earth or extraterrestrial technology but its extradimensional since thae place where Cybuster was made is that science and technology have been superseded by alchemy and spirituality, in other words, its a hell lot more advanced than any robot.

God, OGS Cybuster is so fast! You can't really tell just how fast it is in OG1...

I agree. It reaches even more insane speeds in Alpha Gaiden. It's like they let you watch it take a few seconds to get in a starting position before it zips off the screen and travels what seems like miles to get to its opponent. Masaki's brand of hot-blooded super angst makes it even cooler.

Is it just me, or is Cosmo Nova weaker that what its supposed to be? Based on its description, its supposed to be ridiculously powerful. Yet this video only shows 14k damage, something I wouldn't expect from an attack that only has 1 shot and takes a lot of morale to build up to use it... Oh well.

MAP attack + mobility + Strike + Valor/HotBlood = broken <_<;... Mainly Valsione and Cybuster. lol @ 7k+ damage to all enemies around you.

Read the title dude. It's Super Robot Wars/Taisen Original Generations for the PS2.

Finally! Cybuster now looks like a proper Super Robot! On a side note, I never knew the Caloric Missles were THAT powerful. It also seems that Akashic Buster has regressed to its old animation from SRW Gaiden: The Lord of Elemental from the Super Nintendo. Personally, I liked the GBA version better where Cybuster thrusts its sword into a magic circle in mid-air. Oh well. Regardless, Cybuster still rocks!

Yeah, storyline-wise, Cybuster isn't as powerful because he isn't in La Gias, and he probably wouldn't be able to do it on Earth assuming the LoE timeline (where he and others had to learn their final attacks).
