No beauty in old, abandoned places?! I think there is little more stunning than the feeling of what once was; the laughter and the tears and experiences left on these grounds... These videos are so stark and telling to me. I feel like I can smell the scents; both the stale and forlorn present state and the sweet and vibrant past history... These are our scars and our triumphs... I love these pictures!

Just bought 'Life After People' and 'Population Zero' on DVD, but how can all that CGI malarkey possibly live up to this? Awesome. Tarkovsky-esque (it occurs to me I may be desolate building fanatic).

@lifeavoidit Thanks I appreciate it, for all these videos these were our first explores so I basically just used a Panasonic SD60 and a cheap tripod. Although the footage has been edited with Adobe Premiere CS5 and colour graded as well.
