i have a version that comes with 5 cables in the usb easy card. i dont know how to plug them with my xbox cables cause 4 are yellow and 1 white. the yellow ones are in order 1,2,3,4. i cant find this version anywhere :S can anyone help me?

My HD doesn't have Video Out either. You might need a splitter for each of ur cables, 3 in all. Connect the outs from ur console to each of the splitters. Using the splitters u should have 6 cables going out. 3 for ur EasyCap, and 3 for ur tv.

@RiDeALLdAy702 It's because cameras can't capture old TV's well due to refresh rates. Try it with a camera you have on an old TV

@RiDeALLdAy702 Its the camcorder picking up the frame transitions from the on screen image. It doesn't happen as bad on LCD tv but they can give off a blue tint. It has nothing to do with the EasyCap.

I got honestech a few months back which was alright ut wasnt 100% happy with the quality. it was good but a tad bright. I'll see what this does and if not I'll wait til I get my Mac for christmas and try eyetv. A guy I know uses eyetv and his dvds come out pretty good.

@TheConumdrum umm u might be able to, if ur TV has both HDMI and the RCA output, for some reason the current HD tv's only support Audio output, no video, there are small adapter (about 5 -10 dollars) u can by at electronic stores, im getting mine in a few hours, TGF two-day free shipping, i got to fiddle around with it. this is cheaper and produces same quality work.. and i knw wht u mean SD FTW, i spent money on my HDMI,so i better still get to use it, ill let u kwn if it works..

i anyone is wondering you DO NOT need to have an output on your tv.If you need to record without an output get 2 female to 1 male splitters.You must get 3 of these.Plug the male ends into the easycap and plug 2 AV cables into the female ends.Then do as shown in the video.

okay so i use easy cap to record my PS3 game-plays. the thing is when i re-watch the video that i recorded there is a problem. it starts off normal with everything good but a while into the video it slows down quite considerably and and then becomes laggy and this continues for a while before it goes back to normal, but this keeps occuring over and over again with every video. what might be the problem and how can i resolve this! thanks :D

@Freddynumber11 no it WILL record but you will record in standard screen size. for YOU this is fine cause it looks nice on the tv but it also means that the recording will be in the standard recording size. Most modern computer monitors are widescreen so the video on youtube and on your computer and during editting etc... will seem squished. widescreen on a computer is generally better

What this video does not tell you is that his xbox is most likley on 50hz... In order to play MOST xbox 360 games it must be on 60hz... Easycaps only records colour in 60hz...
