I don't want to be a dick, cuz for the most part, the track sounds good... but the guitarist should really have done his research - he's playing the main riff wrong the entire time. It's a two bar phrase, and the second half of the first bar is an F#-B-C# triad. It doesn't stay on the A# minor for the whole bar... Come to think of it, he plays the rest of it wrong too. Sorry, but that's really annoying. It's awesome to do a rock version of a classic, but you cant screw up the main riff.

@darkjurai2 Ok, here's a thought... Who the f*ck ever said an artist or group that wants to do a cover song had to play it exactly like the original???!? Oh,that's right, NO ONE!!!! In fact i'm pretty sure the original artist probably prefers it not to be a copycat version. Being in a cover band myself, it's way more artistic to do your own interpretation of it instead of ripping off the original note for note. My band covers this version and we don't even play it like these guys do.

@riffinitup21 Exactly right brother. If you do a cover song and its the same thing as the original, then that would be coppy right. If you do a cover, you put your own style into it. Mix it up a little. Maybe make your own solo, mix up some chords, delay some lyrics, etc. because no matter what you do, you cant outdo the original. And thats not what they were looking to do. Obviously they like the song or else they wouldnt have covered it. Musician to Musician, your exactly right. well said.

@riffinitup21 i agree im in a band myself we dont do very many covers but the ones we do its of course sounds like the original but we throw in our style im lead guitar player and the songs that dont have very fast solos in it like man in the box for example i dont shred on it but i play more licks in it than the original this is different i wouldnt say its my favorite cover but it is a good one
