I love this conditioner... Too bad it's discontinued. It made my hair so soft (my hair is naturally straight) and it made it look really healthy!!! Ohh well I just bought the touchably smooth conditioner so I'm pumped to see if it works just the same

@TheWaffleStack sorry for a very late response if you have already found the answer to this question. the product is now under another name, and is part of the Touchably Smooth line of Herbal Essences. It is to my knowledge, the exact same product with I think fewer chemicals. You will not be able to find Dangerously Straight in manny drug stores, in fact...I can ONLY find it outside of the U.S. Weird, huh?

did u flat iron your hair for this video? or did it make your hair like that when it's dry? please answer cuz i bought the shampoo only and im gonna get the conditioner soon so it's kinda new the first time i use it so do i use the conditioner or shampoo first?

@Crystagirl99 I flat ironed my hair. You can simply use the conditioner - I don't use the shampoo. I just used whatever shampoo I had on hand at the time. The conditioner makes it extremely easy to detangle, straighten, and style your hair because it "RELAXES" your curl pattern for easier maintenance. Hope that helps!!

@niaerika123 Yes, I am african-american. It will definitely relax your hair's natural curl pattern. Loosening up your curls and elongate them. In this video, I used the conditioner then blew dry and flat ironed my hair. If i'd left my hair in its natural, curly state I would have bigger and more "stretched out" curls.

my hair is naturally curly. Ive noticed that a couple months after i got my brazilian blowout, the new hair is starting to grow in an the top is getting really curly! Nothing seems to work and I really want to try this out, will it loosen the tight curls on top, because the reason my hair looks so curly is because it has so much curls at the top, but when it gets to the bottom my hair is just tight waves, THANNKS! and pleaaaasseee answer!

@pixiebeauty20 Yes it will definitely loosen your curl pattern. My curls are really tight and whenever I use this product I can definitely see my curls elongated.

@crisdeansc It hasn't messed w/ my curl pattern. It's just really super moisturizing and that makes the curls fall slightly.

Thank you so much for posting this review...my hair looks just like yours does when it's straightened, and I have tight natural curls too...I've had this stuff sitting in my closet for a couple of months...gonna definitely give it a try tonight!

@secretchick154 cool! I just used it this morning. I'm still loving the results. Use a lot of product and let is sit in your hair for about 10 to 12 mins. Detangle with the conditioner still in there then rinse. You will notice looser curls.

@MACbrownieBombshell Yes, it's great for detangling. My hair is natural and when I use this conditioner the curls are elongated and well-conditioned which makes combing it out a bit easier.
