@perfectstar14 A G R E E great voice!!! new discovery great voice. the secret is listen to the singing/orchestra without watching the video. the effect is great, because the voice / orchestration are g r e a t. need no comments about his appearance, but his great singing talent. i was around before tv and listened to the radio. many singers were fat and bald but sang great. ROGHARM age 65.

Tom Netherton - my mom and I like referring to him as 'Blondie' - is the only reason I would watch The Lawrence Welk Show. ;-)
Otherwise, some of it can be a bit too smaltzy for me. :-|
