  • Good and quick reaction on the failure to fire, thumbs up dude.

  • Lol for doubling the length of your gun, it's not that much more quiet.

  • @Marine1996Us

It doesn't come off as well on video, but there is a significant sound reduction.

I wish I had the instrumentation to accurately measure the db reduction. I got a db meter app for my iPhone and it wasn't sensitive enough.

  • okay well hopefully my comment doesnt get trashed and trolled, but what does it mean wet and dry supressed?

  • @kansasoutcast1

Shooting it wet means that you add some water to the suppressor before firing. The water cools down the expanding gases and makes it a bit quieter.

  • where are you located? are suppressors legal in your state or do you have some black market hookup?

  • @fulltimeweirdos

They're legal. I live in the Philippines.

  • How is your suppressor mounted? I did not see threads on your barrel or a barrel extension, so I am curious to see if I can do what you did to my SP2022

  • @BannerBuilt

The stock barrel was threaded and an adapter was attached to the suppressor.

I wanted to get myself an extended and threaded barrel, but those aren't exactly easy to find especially for guys who live outside the US like I do.

  • @miGsKills

Hey Migs! I heard of someone who can do the threading, adapter and suppressor from Pasig area but he charges pretty steep.

I was wondering if I should be concerned about firing without the suppressor on. Does the threading on your barrel get in contact with the slide as the gun cycles? Will the barrel's threading wear down or get affected if I continuously fire without the suppressor installed?

  • @TheAgeOfExploration I've heard of this as well. The price is quite steep.

  • @TheAgeOfExploration

They should provide you with a properly sized thread cap so that the threads don't catch on the slide when the handgun is operated.

  • @miGsKills

Alright, thanks for the insight man! I appreciate it. I was thinking of taking a jump into suppressors. I'm gathering info to see if it's worth the purchase.

  • Enjoyed the shooting video, thanks for making it. However, quit it with the tags outside the shirt, tuck 'em in.

Don't be that guy, nobody likes that guy.

  • kimbers may look nice but are not reliable

  • Hi gawa nila ban chu yan? What baffle design? No booster? Which probably explains the malf u had...

  • @rondg2 Got it from MCG. The guy I dealt with was Marck. The recoil booster is built in.

  • God I love that fricking gun!

  • kimbers are trash anyways

  • @MrJwedge Thats an argument of opinion, an argument no one can win. And no, Kimbers are pretty nice.

  • @miGsKills superbly? it sure looks like you have a misfire in your video. and it will always just be a clone and an imitation.

  • @MrJwedge

The short stroke or "misfire" as you call it was caused by suppressor, not the pistol. No arguments about it being a clone/imitation. :)

  • @miGsKills sorry but its not the same thing. if thats what you have to say to try and justify calling your pos gun a sig then more power to you. and other makers have 1911 in the guns name which makes them a 1911. there is no p226 in your pos gun name.

  • @MrJwedge

Once again, I never called it a SIG. All my videos state that it is an NP58. I decided to put P226 in the title because that is what it's designed after and more people can find my video that way. The header in the video says Norinco NP58 SIG P226 CLONE.

On the naming issue; The Kimber Custom II doesn't have "1911" anywhere in its name, but you would still refer to it as one.

Call it a POS all you want. It works superbly and cost a third of the price of your SIG. :)

  • Sir isa pang tanong, Im planning to have my first gun this Christmas. Ano kayang mas ok armscor 9mm 1911 or np58? Thanks.

  • @odca06

Mas madaming kang papagpilian na parts at accessories sa 1911 pero pag gusto mo ng medyo kakaiba, mag NP58 ka. Kung type mo yung 9mm, tignan mo na din yung NP34 at NP22.

  • @miGsKills thanks sir...

  • if its not a sig dont call it a sig

  • @MrJwedge

    I never called it a sig, I called it a P226. Same way a Kimber isn't a Colt but they're both 1911s.

I do put in the description that it is a SIG clone.

Thanks for watching/commenting, I appreciate it.

  • Hey bro, badass suppressor and I dig that clone blaster. What's the price dif on that comp'd to the P226? It seems like it fires just as good with and w/out the can. Also, put your thumb where it feels comfortable, you handle the recoil just fine, so go with it. Next time, show us your hits though, so we can see if there is a poi shift with the can. I mean, just if you want to...it's your show. Tks for the vid.

  • @SnakeDr1977

It's about half the price of a SIG, U.S. price and about 1/4th the price of a SIG where I live.

To be honest with you, while making the video, I was pretty much just shooting dirt and making sure the pistol didn't get out of frame. Thanks for watching and commenting.

  • @miGsKills Thanks for the quick response, bro. I am definitely going to look into that brand. Awesome video, and good form. Si vis pacem, parabellum.

  • what brand suppressor is that

  • Always a pleasure to see another southpaw, especially firing my favorite pistol. However, IMHO, I use the thumb of my right hand to hold down the thumb of my left hand - it keeps them both out of trouble and makes for a firm grip. However, to each his own. Have you had the mag release catch switched? I couldn't tell. A 10 min. mod that's great for us lefties.

  • @unicornlxi

Hey, thanks for commenting. I appreciate it.

I decided not to do the lefty mag release mod so I don't alienate my other non-reversible mag release clad pistols. LOL

  • Lefties are the devil's minions.

  • This is SICK!!!! I WANT A SUPPRESSOR SO BAD!!! nice vids bro..

  • ok to sir a ganda...

  • How much are they going for?Like to have one but money is the problem.

    Thanks...

  • wow your gun looks so much better than the last time i saw it.

  • sir, ayos na ayos... hehe

  • @lisolangka

    Ambilis mo ah. . . :)

    Thanks for watching, bro.
