Hi Beckie, I use to have/have clinophobia. I remember having it as a child and all of a sudden it got really bad about a year or 2 ago. I've learned to control it and how to overcome even though it's hard sometimes. Good luck x

Besides that.. I've been starting to have extremely strange, disturbing, long dreams and I usually never dream. But I have recently moved rooms due to a new baby sister on the way. the room i am now staying in has large windows when i had nearly no light in my other room. Light causes you to dream, so maybe you could try, if comfortable enough, to sleep in as much darkness as possible, and make sure not to overheat yourself

some parts of this video reminds me a bit of films like 'American Haunting' (very scary movie which kept me awake for hours) and 'The Exorcism of Emily Rose'. Especially the parts where you were pulled from the bed by something invisible, and where the bed sheet thing. very well done.
