But only some pairs were 80s-era shoes &Imelda's.The 80s era shoes were sizes7 to 8 1/2, probably Imelda's & her daughters'. Many pairs were older,in 60s style size6 1/2 & 70s style size7 1/2,misshapen&moldy from yrs of storage.Empty cartons were dumped along 1 side of the display room.

It was given a review on the possibilty of starting it but a foreing tech audit showed many defects that was why it was deferred, for safety reason not political. We shd rely on facts not what we feel happened to make what we say as credible. Keep it real ok?

It was a controversial book at that time (1969) as our eldest sister related to me and really it is a must read if you want to know the real Imelda, not what she wants to project. for your info people, kaya akala nyo ay mas maunlad pa tayo nung marcos time kesa ngayon dahil bago sya nag take over, ang pilipinas was no 1 or no 2 in asia. it was the best of times in the early 60s. we were ahead of japan . when he took over things got worse. it got even worse when he left because of the legacy of corruption that is the way of life now. thats why now it's just bad because everybody has become like marcos in their own way. like gremlins that multiplied.
