the new mino has 2 hours and it's better because it has image stabilization and a rechargeable battery which means you don't need 2 batteries because non rechargeable batteries and cameras mean a waste of money and a wasting to the world

I'm very happy with my minoHD, mine is an 8GB, the quality is nice & I prefer the touch screen & as far as smudges, as you said you just wipe it off, no biggy, its not a reason to prevent someone from purchasing it. However, I'm experiencing a battery failure in my minoHD & would've preferred an accessible way to replace it.

I have a MinoHD Flip camcord, and honestly its not even that bad, and its much easier to have becuz you can bring it with you everywhere cuz its small and you can record easier. And just becuz the screen is small it dosent really matter becuz it depends on your computer... so that didnt make sense to me. just saying. The MinoHD is fine

I owned a Flip MinoHD 2nd generation and loved it, but I realized that with the price, you can buy much better pocket camcorders for much cheaper. I bought a Samsung HMX-E10...a camera that is very under the radar, but it is much better than the Flip cams...that is just my opinion, but I understand why people like the Flip cams.

@MsCrazyGirlx yup of course! i like both, but personally i think the Ultra HD performs better in low light than the Samsung E10, but overall the quality is better in the Samsung E10. The sound quality could go either way as the e10 has a more echoey/bass sound compared to the ultra hd. the battery life is not much of a problem for both cameras. if i was to buy one, i would still buy the e10, but it is totally up to the individual what they prefer. hope it helped!

I have the Mino Hd with 2 hours and the larger screen. I love the small size. I took it with me on a three day vacation and the battery lasted a long time. Charges in the usb plug in. No freezing problems here. One thing I do notice, on long videos, the sound and the video seem to get out of sinc.

I bought the Ultra HD, I absolutely love it. I wish I had seen this vid first, but I guess Made the right decision regardless. Only problem I have is accessing my files directly on my Dell laptop. Dell has a lot of issues. Great video. Keep it up.
