This is crazy for me to say because I know so many songs and love all types of music. This is my Favorite song of all times, I try and say no, but yup it is
I remember this song on Beverly Hills 90210 when Brandon picked up his Mustang. This song was playing before his car conked out in the middle of the street.
Great, great stuff. Most people only know Chris Isaak through "Wicked Game", which is a great tune itself, but this really hits the spot. Chris Isaak is the last of the great Rock & Roll crooners... cut from the same cloth as Roy Orbison and early Elvis P.
when he was only about 18, or so, and played with Jimmy Wilsey of Avengers fame in SILVERTONE, he used to do this tune. It was at the Mabuhay Gardens San Francisco, around '81, '82.
here are several other performances in this studio, is this avaiable commercially and how did you get your hands on it? I want it, too! He is definitely the boss!
Probably the first song I heard of Chris Isaak. I have been a fan ever since. Great in concert and a solid prefomer. I was originally from Sacramento and him being from Stocktin was even more exciting because it was close and not many bands make it big from those parts of Cali. He's the coolest.

Yes, I used to have a video (VHS) of him (with Jimmy Wilsey) doing this one in 1982. It was one of those "Live At Target" videos.
