I work overnights and with an 8 to 12 hour time difference from here to Europe I was watching every Obama speech and interview live unedited. The way Fox News has chopped, snipped, and cut some of what Obama said is deplorable. They (with no surprise) left out all the positive things he was saying about America.

olbermann is wrong. the purpose of the war is not to maintain a war. the purpose of the war is to control iraq. america has invested a lot in this war and wants return on its investment. this is obviously immoral and undemocratic, but since when does the american government care about morality or democracy?

jtilak: The American people Vets and their families want to leave Iraq. Too many people have died over nothing, 5000 American troops and and over 1 million Iraqi civilians. Remember Iraq did not attack US so why must their people die when the real threat is in Afganistan, Bin Ladin who is trying to get his hands on a nuclear weapon to dump on the USA!!! Enough of Iraq move on to Afganistan and finish the job there!!
