actually i think they used a slr camera, cuz i've done some effect like that! try putting the cam on manual then set in 4 sec shutter speed( or 2 sec, it depend if ur cam) then set the aperture 13F (actually just play around with the aperture)

its not a special cam its just a long expsoer on a picture and its a bunch of pictures together to make it look lilke a film.

Idk how but this is my guess...with a really slow framed camera take a colored light or whatever and draw while the camera is taking a picture...just a guess...

yeah that's how you do it i've made a few of those. Hard to draw though, keeping getting weird shapes that had nothing to do with what i wanted to draw. Those guys are really good.
