Since I first heard Alan speak at the Biodynamic Farming and Gardening Association's annual conference in 1991 (? in WI), he has been a favorite speaker of mine. He has a wonderful way of taking these complex, lofty ideals and presenting them in a way that anyone can understand. I appreciate this effort to bring Biodynamics to anyone that is interested, who may not be interested in or have time for an in-depth study of the subject. An excellent job on a difficult and worthy topic!
These 4 clips are mediocre at best... Pardon but Alan is not a very good communicator and disappointing. My fault for expecting to hear about 1) Anthroposophy and Steiner, 2) Homepathy and healing the soil, 3) The Cosmos and Maria Thun - gardening with the mood - etc., and 4) ... ok... he did speak of the closed system, but insisted to much on nutrients...
