Well, I guess you could technically get a tiny shroom to run across the water, but I'm pretty sure that would waste time considering you need the fireflower for later in the level
Just so you know, I think if you press down while your spinning, you fall much faster. I might be screwing it up with nsmbw, but whatever :P
@bullethead2202 i suppose i could, but i figured that most of the 100% run would use fire mario, so i decided to not do that for now... also with the spinning: if you jump off of the spinning platform as you're running and you don't press left or right, you keep a speed of 48. i might need to make a better route for this though...
