ez way to flip bmx pedals on a fixie

What kind of brakes do you have on there? I was thinking of getting the same frame, but could never find out if the frame needs short or long reach brakes.

Thanks for the tip, I may have to do this. I was thinking I might put some grip tape on the slanted part, but this looks a lot cooler.

I just got some Burro straps, and I really like them, but it's difficult to flip them when you're going fast.

@Onyxaxe yep, the one i got was fine. i sold it to my friend and he's been ridin it for over a year with no problems. but they are hit or miss cuz their quality control sucks so you could get a shitty one. if yer just startin out though its fine.

Nice idea and all but once you ride those pedals for about a month or two they should loosen up and be easier to flip otherwise WD-40 hahaha

Cool bike... Your cranks look long. Are those 180's... or 170's.

I'm 5'9" and put 175 mm crank arms on my bike. I wanted more torque.

I'd like to go to 180's, what do you think?

@crazymike44 thanks! they're actually 165's, they look long cuz the frame has real low set geometry. personally, i like to keep my cranks short if i'm riding fixed. the first time you take a deep turn and your pedal catches the pavement you'll know why. that is also the reason i use plastic pedals. that way if they do scrape its not going to catch like the medal ones do. the pedals are steve hamilton "animal" and the straps are from pryme. if you want straps get "hold fast" they're better.
