not enough glue, utilize a piece of scrap and spread it out properly (complete, thin coverage) - it should have had at least a cup or two of glue on it there, you want a small bead to form at the seam, drips and pools mean you used too much, no bead or incomplete bead means too little.
If you want a faster and easier way to drill pocketholes check out my foot lever jig that allows you to open and close the jig with a foot lever. Way faster and easier. Works with k3 and k2 style jigs. Painful to watch drilling pocketholes without one/
Nice to see a vid that dosn't over complicate a job, Jeff should make more of them, Mulac! I'm in the UK and know what you mean about our sizes, 4x2 sawn is usualy 4x2, but planed 4x2 is 94mm x 44mm, I use a similar jig to the Kreg one, all I do is measure the wood in mm and adjust the drill collar, the nearest jig size is 2in for the actual size of 44mm, so when you set the drill stop on the jig just set it at 6mm less,, hope that all makes sense,,,
Exelente: realmente se aprende mucho con estos videos. Yo aprendo mirando prestando mucha atención ya que no se Ingles pero me las ingenio. Es una pena que aqui en Argentina no se consiga los accesorios Kreg jig. FELICITACIONES!!!

measure off the tooth, not the blade if you want it exact... maybe over kill for a workbench but if you are building furniture, etc...

Got the workbench completed. I used plywood for the shelf and top two layers. Still looks great. Very solid. It's already getting a lot of use.

This work bench looks pretty easy and I've got a lot of 2x4's laying around. Think I'll build it tomorrow.

This guy is good. Reminds me of Jim Carrey the way he talks and acts. Makes it more fun for me at least.

I'm in the UK and made the workbench with the plans from Kreg. Slightly customised but the instructional video and jig made the job a joy.

You sure do made it look easy. My first project will be similar but will hold a utility sink. I can use some of your tips - thanks.

Awesome video, awesome jig, awesome workbench, awesome host, awesome toolbelt!
The host makes it look simple and I like his little reminders at the exact points where mistakes can be made. Very well done.
