I think you can get microphones that have settings such as "Cathedral" So they may be using one of those.

It must be one of those microphones because the reverb starts while one's talking but the other is not near his mic.

They have used mic settings on this one before, so I could believe they would use the reverb here also

@bertziethegreat It's not echo, it's reverb. It's a lexicon MX200 patched in at the sound board. It's standard in most pro venues but not in all so they don't do it at all shows.
