Legally, la cumparsita is 80% from Uruguay, 20% from Argentina. That was determined by a Judge. But I think Cumparsita came essentially from the wonderful capacity of human beings of creating masterpieces, interpreting them like you do (I'm from Argentina), or listening and enjoying it as I do. Thanks for sharing :)
