Normally trhu' people I know. It is common amongst certain people in the effect, that the same people do it house after house. In the scheme of things, it's not that bad. She lived her 9 years or so & din't aks for a lot. So for 9 years worth, I ain't gonna' moan, it's been a sh_thole for years & she never asked for note 'cause propbably din't want me in there.
Mick, I have a q for you...when you interview prospective tenants such as these people, how do they come across to you? Is there a common recurring theme or is it just bad luck at the time?
