  • updates?

  • why does it take about 2 minutes to watch this video

  • Smokin in the snow... Hardcore, love it!

  • I had a model like that...I used it so much, when my normal grill died, i upgraded to the Green Egg... I love it.. so much easier.. the brinkman was harder to keep at temp. Food was good on both though! I did think it was funny you said that your Xmas gift was cheap o...haha

  • i have this same grill.i have made large hams to hotdogs and everything in between. i use it at least twice a week

  • you called your x-mas gift cheap-O haha

  • Have you tried lining the inside with heavy foil? I got one as a work anniversary gift and it's a fuel hog and has a hard time keeping temps. I'm thinking about taking some heavy foil and lining the insides and bottom pan to attempt to keep the heat from escaping. Oh, and get a small oven thermometer. Better than that crappy, "warm, ideal, hot".

  • @dgmunch Have you used much since? I just got mine have not used it yet any tips. I got mine as an anniversary gift from USG then they laid me off. Oh well

  • Is that snow or are you near Mt Pinatubo while is is spewing ash ? LoL Hey i have this model too - So Cal. I love this little smoker ~ For a starter smoker and the price its a good deal. I modifed mine too, Dont forget to oil the wooden handles. w/ olive or veggie oil, so they dont crack.

  • Are you from MN? Strong accent. haha

  • @pmanning27 oh ya, smokin' brats!

  • I have this same one loved it at first. know I want to kick (R2-D2's) ass. you cant fit much in it,and it takes forever to cook ,and i know it's a smoker but damn so I went and bought myself the charcoal/gas grill so i can smoke and bbq at the same time plus I can add a smoke box

  • This is a charcoal smoker, works pretty good right now even in the cold, too get the heat up I put some air holes in the bottom of charcoal pan. Pretty lightweight metal, drilling inch holes turned into more like ripping them.

  • I got a new brinkman for christmas too. mine is electric. is this one charcoal? havn't tried mine yet. keep us updated!
