Of the portraits I've seen you paint this is certainly one of your best. Especially the skin tones and the eyes. I like how you can see she's wearing glasses but they don't dominate her face or obstruct her eyes. Other than puppyzwolle's suggestion (which I wouldn't have noticed otherwise) I wouldn't change a thing. Her family should be very happy with this. Well done.

I'd fix the smile a bit though. I think it is the contrast between the teeth and the lower lip. If you'd soften that contrast just at that spot, below the two front teeth, she will have a smile instead of seeming to bite her lip.
I reread my comment. Forgot to mention I really like the painting. Nice eyes. Did you know her personally? It has this "This was my granny"- feel to it. Real personal.

No, unfortunately I did not know her. Her son sent me old family pics and a little background info and as I painted her, she just began to feel like my granny. She was really loved by her family and I feel blessed to have gotten to paint her. Thank you for your kind comments, and your suggestions. Honesty is much appreciated.
