I think leverage is good if you know what you are doing. You can get even better returns with the broker's money but you have to be careful.

@beefdog My opinion is that he was probably advising ppl not to touch those leverages with strings attached. Leverage comes in many forms. I understand many investors make use of OPM (Other People's Money) to leverage. But, we've to ask ourselves.What would happen if the term & condition have some drastic change? (eg: economy crisis) It's gonna be like a blackhole destroying those who have them as liabilities. The best leverage is something without dire consequence even in worst situation.

The guy has pledged to give 85% of his fortune to charity. You say he "worships" money, I think they guy is excellent at what he does.
