the rice must be at one side of the bowl, the curry in the other, an they must touch just on one side. this is to prevent the mixing of the tastes. one should be able to keep the curry and the rice in the spoon separated until he has eaten them. Other way you are eating another dish with a completly different (shitty) taste.
