  • Yes...Bob was a blessing in my life for sure!

Love and blessings to you, zoddie ♥

  • What a great spirit Bob has! Thank you for posting this. I too had knee pain for many years. I did 2 tapping sessions on it. The first my pain went from 7 to 3, in the 2nd session the pain went down to 1. I need 2 more sessions because I have deep emotional issues surrrounding this injury. after the 2nd session I began experiencing a sense of loss that was unexplainable. In doing research I'm finding that's the case for a few people w/traumas. Thanks & God bless you and the work you do!

  • Yes, Bob is a sweetheart and my best friend! Even though he left this earthly plane on September 9, 2007, his spirit lives on!

I'm so glad you've used EFT and found relief.

As you've experienced, the root of most chronic injuries are blockages due to suppressed emotions.

When we start to release the blockages with EFT, the suppressed emotions can come to the surface, which might not feel good, but is a good thing, because they can be released, too!

  • We can then tap on those feelings - dissipating them, leaving us free and clear of the physical issue, as well as the underlying emotions.

One key is to keep tapping until it's all gone. Sometimes, we are led on a bit of a chase, as many emotional traumas can become linked together. The great thing is, once you release a few, the whole thing collapses. You don't have to tap on every single memory!

Love and blessing to you! ♥
